Tim Russert was one of America’s greatest individual assets. he was the one that helped educate so many americans, including myself, not only about the government and democracy, but also about how to approach politics like a human being seeking accountability.
with an enormous amount of new voters, and a fresh generation finally reaching the ballot box, its sad to say that he will not be joining us through November to provide guidance, through the campaign issues and talking points, to the substantial. he was a prism through which the political machine could be broken down and analyzed.
its sad to say that no one can replace him.
